Apple drink with Blossa 24

Here, we have mixed a non-alcoholic version of eggnog, but you can also use the 15% annual glögg Blossa 24.
4 cl Blossa 24 non-alcoholic
3 egg yolks
2,5 tbs sugar
Star anise for decoration
Whisk egg yolks and sugar into a fluffy mixture.
Stir in Blossa 24 non-alcoholic into the mixture. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
Optionally: Garnish with a star anise on top.
