Glöggnog with Blossa 24.

An eggnog is a classic winter drink that you can flavor in many ways. Here, we have used this year's annual Blossa.

Here, we have mixed a non-alcoholic version of eggnog, but you can also use the 15% annual glögg Blossa 24.

Non-alcoholic glögg nog:

Ingredienser

  • 4 cl Blossa 24 non-alcoholic

  • 3 egg yolks

  • 2,5 tbs sugar

  • Star anise for decoration

    1. Whisk egg yolks and sugar into a fluffy mixture.

    2. Stir in Blossa 24 non-alcoholic into the mixture. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.

    3. Optionally: Garnish with a star anise on top.
