Since Blossa 25 contains lemon, we've flavored the cream with this citrus fruit for an extra touch of zest.

  • Blossa 25 

  • 3 dl whipping cream 

  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar 

  • 1 tsp finely grated lemon zest (only the outermost layer, avoiding the white pith)

    1. Pour the whipping cream into a bowl and start whisking it until it becomes fluffy but not fully stiff. You want it light and airy. 

    2. As the cream starts to get fluffy, add the sugar. Continue whisking gently until the ingredients are well combined. 

    3. Wash the lemon and finely grate the zest. Be cautious to use just the outer yellow part, as the white pith can be bitter. 

    4. Carefully fold the grated lemon zest into the whipped cream using a spatula. 

    5. Spoon the lemon cream over your warm Blossa 25 in mugs or glasses and serve immediately. The cream will slightly melt and give the mulled wine an extra citrusy kick!
