Blossa 21 - Valencia
Valencia was the destination of 2021, where the beautiful fields of orange trees took the center stage.
It was in Valencia that Blossa found inspiration for this year's flavor; a tribute to the sun-kissed orange. We peeled the fresh, organic oranges by hand, and used the peel to create an orange infusion that we flavored with orange blossom. We then added dried orange blossoms and dried bitter orange, as well as lemon zest to bring out a more complex character. Sweetness and freshness walked hand in hand like a merry couple, and a little "bitter" wedding guest arrived - perfect for Blossa's spicy marriage with tradition. Salud!
