Make the jalapeño syrup in advance so it has time to cool properly! You can also mix a non-alcoholic version with Blossa 26 non-alcoholic.
6 cl Blossa 2026
4 cl lime juice
2 cl jalapeño syrup (see instructions below)
Mix all ingredients in a coupe glass, and garnish with a sloce of lime or jalapeño.
2 dl sugar
2 dl water
2 fresh jalapeños
Start by bringing the sugar and water to a boil in a saucepan.
Slice the jalapeño. Remove the seeds to get just the right amount of heat, but if you like it to burn, you can definitely leave them in.
Once the syrup has boiled, add the sliced jalapeño and reduce the heat to the lowest possible. Then let it simmer for about 10 minutes so that all the delicious flavors come out.
Then remove the saucepan from the heat and let everything cool completely.
When the syrup is cold, strain the jalapeño pieces and pour it into a clean bottle.
Store it in the refrigerator, and it will be ready for the next drink.
