Blossa Trestjärnig Frost is a meeting between craft tradition and modern gin

For thirty years, Blossa's Trestjärnig range has been a favorite in many Swedish homes during the winter months. Now the latest member of the family is being launched: Blossa Glögg Trestjärnig Frost spiked with Gin. Gin has risen to become one of the most popular spirit categories and is today, after vodka and whisky, the country's third most purchased spirit. ​

Blossa Trestjärnig Frost with Gin is an exciting combination, where Blossa's classic mulled wine meets a gin with refreshing juniper character and notes of lemon peel. The mulled wine spices are stored and macerated for at least five months before bottling. This results in a distinctive fortified wine mulled wine with distinct citrusy and floral notes. The name Frost takes inspiration from the chilly season and the fact that it is best drunk cold. ​ Blossa Glögg Trestjärnig Frost with Gin is already available in Systembolaget's order assortment.

A popular range​ The Trestjärnig range includes unique combinations of mulled wine and different spirits, including the popular Trestjärnig Guld with cognac and Trestjärnig Silver with rum. Both have been recurring on Systembolaget's top lists of best-selling mulled wine. The range was most recently expanded with Trestjärnig Brons, a variant spiked with Irish whiskey, which also quickly became a favorite with many.​ – Blossa Trestjärnig Frost with gin really stands out and is something completely new compared to anything we've done before.
