Blossa 07 - Sea buckthorn & cinnamon
This year’s flavour displayed the unique taste combination of sea buckthorn and cinnamon.
The small fiery-yellow, tangy sea buckthorn berry grows wildly along the shoreline of the Swedish east coast from Norrtälje all the way up to Piteå. This wild berry is also known as the Nordic passion fruit and has a refreshing flavor that, with the added touch of cinnamon, elegantly balances the sweetness in the glögg.
